well, I can guess most of it. its the eyebrows that always confuse me in such complicated make-ups. It should take a lot of concentration, time and a steady hand, like forever-alone93 said. Just couple of questions though:
what kind of eye liner did you use? (the one that requires an artist's brush, one that comes with a brush, or with a marker top, or the "all in one" (where you turn the end of it so it squeezes ink on the brush?
))
and how many shades of blue did you use?
