And it actually is her furniture. If you look at her room, you'll see she the furniture matches what she puts in Hyde's room. She also took family quilts and sheets, etc.

Hyde gets it back. We just never see his room again on the show (before S8) after that ep. Maybe because his room was all Jackie-fied.
