It was a lot of tweaking with the lights to get them perfect...and it was a combination of lights using both Sveva and -dragonfly-'s light sets.  At first I had the spotlight directly in front of her, but then realized I wanted her breasts highlighted more than the rest of her body and started moving it around...eventually came to this and realized it was perfect!
