In my Hector Normal mode run, I gave them to Farina, because Fiora was already a Falcoknight, and I figured either Florina or Farina would need it more.

Afa's drops seemed as mysterious as vulneraries. I used it on Hector. Just because he got priority over everything in my games..

no matter how many times I read official sites about what those things actually do i never remember just what it is exactly, it's like why the sky's blue. i think they boost the growth rate of stats on whoever you use it on, but if that's true i would use it on a lord, not Sain. though the maturity thing makes a lot of sense too.

Theres no definite ammount of sugar you should take a day since its different in each person, so putting a % is impossible.
