Using lego to build units for table war games, instead of gluing and painting pieces of plastic? It makes so much sense

The two guys flanking the dude with the shields are just modified mini-frames (which you can find an Ldraw file of here ). And the middle dude is based heavily off Soren's Chub (which can be found here ).

Thanks dood. Dunno how, but this reply just gave me an awesome idea for an Adventure Time mobile frame squad.

Forgive me, but what with them shields and those colors, they remind me of the Junkions from the Transformers universe. "Call now, operators are standing by!" That line and Wreck-Gar's smile still gives me chills to this day!

Someone else pointed that out to me over on Flickr too! I'm not very knowledgeable in the transformers universe and was completely unaware of the similarities!

Nice unity across the company. Key colours, grey 'command pods', they look like a real unit. Well done!

Current estimates are around early July. Josh will be announcing when it's finished on their homepage.

There's a ton of breakdowns and instructions for frames on the forums too. So don't forget to explore the forums!

Game table? Do you use like a Mechwarrior book or something with these models?

Thanks! If I had the patience I'd love to build models and get into a game like this. XD

The beautiful thing about MFZ is that the rules are not dependent on what the mechs look like, or even what they are made out of! If you wanted to play with pewter minis, action figures, pets, loved ones, pretty much anything, you can!
