This was a silly doodle.
I couldn't explain the quadrants to my friends who just started homestuck, so they looked up shipping walls.
A lot of these and other fan art was of these two.

I forgot they changed the color of their blood.

Today I learned that When you blush the lining of your tummy turns red too.
Oh silly karkles, being all weird like us humans and turning red,
Why can't you be normal and have yellow organs like sollux probably does!?
