As I said in my OC headcannons (or should I say facts 'coz my OCs aren't canon ), this is the Mixopolis City Secret Agency's arch-nemesis and #1 wanted criminal in the city...

Dr. Inventus "Murperson" Engie.

He's a mad engineer/scientist who's hungry for revenge. A revenge for what his former friend, Mixmond has done...

He spreads terror and fear by spreading technologically-modified Cubits everywhere in Mixopolis, that will make everyone who touch it, whether it's intentional or not, Murp. Fortunately, the Murp effect lasts for only a while. And also, he can construct robots and mechas to wreak havoc, thanks to being an engineer.

Backstory
Murperson, or Engie (his former name), were roommates with Mixmond when they were on college. They were good friends, albeit with different interests. Mixmond likes spy fiction while Engie likes both science and engineering.
And then, something happened.
One day, Engie tried to modify the structure of a Cubit by lowering the chance of Murping and could be used multiple times. For a science fair.
Let's just say Mixmond accidentally messed up the Cubit when Engie wasn't looking. When he demonstrated his technologically-modifed Cubit with the help of couple Mixels in front of the audience, they Murped. The worst part, is that they can't seperate anymore due to the Cubit's messed up structure.
After that incident, Engie felt anger and venegance flowing through his soul, wanting revenge for what his "ex-friend" has done and changed his name into...
Murperson (not sure why he put "Dr." in front of his name, though).

So, yeah.
