well,kinda have weird head there,maybe coz of the its position kinda off
but u r try the different styles of CG and with no lineart,i think it is good enough.try to improve using this technique

yah, I noticed a few proportional errors like to head, the shoulders etc, but idk, whatever I did, it looked off so it just all in all just looked terrible whatever I did LOL

well,for the head,i think you should adjust the position of the neck to the center.and try not make the face too round,it will make the chin invisible (am my english right?idk 
other parts is owkay as they are since the pic is suitable with the blur style

i love this, it is simply beautfiul and amazing. the hair is probably one of the best features, because of how it drips down in diffrent colors. and it simply just stares down right through my soul for some unexplainable reaon so i definetly give you a goant star!
