Description
Background practise because I'm.. really, really weak with backgrounds orz".. so I decided to try my best to try and do a proper forest bg xD;;;Still not that great though... orz", but it's been a fun practise~ xD. and trying to force myself to draw more originals 8D;;;;
I decided to try out using SAI (art program) finally. So it's my first SAI painting \o/

I don't think I ever commented on this piece. I remember seeing this on your lj. It's really good. I think you're getting better at it. I know the artist is its best critic.. so every artist finds flaws in their own works. But I think this piece is really great. I love the colors you used here. It gives a nice feeling/mood. The details on the tree trunk is pretty impressive. It's almost something you would see in a video game fantasy concept art or..something. lol My comment is getting too long~ But lovely job!! Keep it up! You'll definitely get better in time!! For sure. You're one of the artist I enjoy watching over and can't wait to see progress in illustration works as well as cosplay as time goes by. 8D

programs just varies on whatever artists likes/ are used to, or whatever style they're aiming for, so I can't give an answer, because it's best for people to try it beforehand~
