The lineart or the coloring? I'm going to assume it's the coloring because I like that a lot too. I put down the base color of his hair all over. Then I changed the foreground color to make it a little darker, and I added that shade around the edges of the curves of the hair and at the roots, and at the back. Then I got an even darker shade and added the dark highlights and lines at the roots. Then I got my base color back (eyedropper) and made a lighter shade and added circle shading. Ta-da!!

I see, I've never really done the dark color I just do base and lots of highlights... Well that's really cool.
