okay! Let's do this! first off, i just love germany and italy >w< Anyways, i'm assuming you did this on some sort of paint program of some kind, which would propably explain the rough lines. i will say that it does make the picture look less clean, but doesnt take away from it. heck, it's better than what i can do on the computer. the proportions are nicely done, even though i have to be honest, i think his right hand is smaller than his left, but that again, doesn't take away from the very cartoonish aspect of the artwork, only someone truly anaylzing the picture (like me) would notice or be bothered by it. (it doesn't bother me btw). he has a nice expression, it gives the audience good imagery of what he might be seeing or thinking about (italy of course). the shading is put in the appropriate place and you have a good sense for colors. often when people shade their pictures in color, they dont think of the gray tint that will go over it (i do that with alot of my pictures sadly) and so they just use a darker variation of the lighter color for the shading. doing that is not bad and most of the time not even noticable, especialy in darker colors or in the clothes the gray tint usually only applies to the skin or lighter clothing. as a whole, you did a great job and i would say have successfully created a very kawaii picture. e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

Naw its cool!
Hes just serious, and some of the things he says while being dead serious I find hilarious. Plus the fact that you see this manly man walking around with another guy that people thought was a chick until he finaly grew up (Italy) is pretty funny too.
Alot of historical referances (Especially to WWII) and stereotypes, but nothing to be taken seriously, except for the actual historical aspects of it.
