So... I wanted to do this for a very long time now. This is Spottedleaf's first death... I thought the song was quite fitting.^^ I hope you like it... there seem to be a lot of people who hate FirexSpotted, especially because they think that Spottedleaf was somehow pedophile to fall in love with a tom who's way younger than herself. Well... my opinion to this: Why the hell should this be a problem? o,o' We're talking about cats after all. They don't care about age or something. Just look at Ashfur. He fell in love with Squirrelflight, eventhough he TOO was waaaaay older than her. It was like a 35 year old guy falling in love with a 18 year old girl. Same with Brambleclaw... he was older than her, too. Not as old as Ashfur, but still.^^ So I don't care if Spottedleaf is older than Firestar... it doesn't really matter. Sooo... uh... enough ranting about ranting people XD
This scene is from the very first book "Into the Wild" and it's after Yellowfang ran off to get the stolen ThunderClan kits back. Spottedleaf was killed by Clawface as far as I can remember. In the book Firepaw was in a hurry and just said goodbye to Spottedleaf very quickly. Dunno why but I think the author's had some problems letting their characters show negative emotions like sorrow or grief in the first few books. Firepaw/-heart/-star was always a little distant when saying goodbye to some cat that was close to him. This developed in the second series and he could finally show these emotions (for example when Graystripe was caught by humans), but in the first series that somehow missed out... At least that's what I think. So I made it a little more emotional and less rushed. After all, Spottedleaf was his "love at first sight".

So, I hope you like it I'm a little obsessed with this couple, 'cause it was just so tragic to see Spottedleaf die and then care for Firestar AND the kits he had with another cat the whole time.
I changed Spottedleaf's design a little I thought her old design wasn't... spotted enough XD
This will be the last pic for a week now, because tomorrow night I'm off to Bulgaria. Yaaay This is going to be fun XD
