It's an important drawing for Keith as it was drawn at various periods of Dogter Keith's life as a character: 2016 one as a beginning, 2017 one as a re-start, and now 2022 one as a developed figure.
Besides that fact, I simply love the concept of this drawing too... and wanted to draw it again in my current style!

Dogter Keith doesn't stay at a same place for long. He wanders around various cities in America as his mood wants... and works as a doctor at each of them.
Whole America is his hunting-field and playground!
