I was practicing some sketches and I ended up making him XD. I was so inspired by Genshin Impact that reveals a lot of chinese-inspired character design thus chinese design and culture became one of my favorite aesthetic out there

So I decided to design my own character in chinese theme but an elf ><

ABOUT HE JIE

"HE" stands for RIVER as He Jie is such a calm yet witty and mysterious healer in the world of Elves. He may looks cool, relax and doesn't care about a thing from the outside, but inside him, a river of thoughts and plot he's up too. He's a wise man and always know what he's doing and decision he makes.

While "JIE" stands for heroic. He was granted a power to heal other creature be it elves, animal, mythical creatures or even plants. Only him has that power which a lot of creature want to grab onto his power. He was a lifesaver and a hero to all creatures that live in the same land. He can heal anything, a curse, mere pain, or mysterious disease. However, there's only one thing he couldn't do - he couldn't bring back the dead.... and it's frustrating him so so much.

Nobody even saw him being frustrated. The reason why he's so frustrated over this is because, he wants to bring his family back. His mother, father and his little sister.

His only weakness is that he couldn't bring back the dead.

However

He's trying to overcome this weaknesses of him.

Because that's his real mission

and a sin that he wants to commit once in his lifetime.
