Introducing my another OC also known as the first human OC I've created despite being the last I introduce after others XD.

Tzu Young is the most successful policeman who's the first to receive the title of Chief Inspector at a very young age. He was known as the best policeman and everyone can trust him when it comes to criminal and law. Every cases he did so far receive a very positive result. His achievement and how dedicated he is with his job attracted the whole country attention.
Due to his achievement, he was given the most difficult task. It is.. to capture the most wanted criminal, UNO. This serious and stone-faced policeman found it really hard to catch UNO, as UNO likes to prank and joke around him, make him MAD.
He swear that he will catch UNO no matter what as UNO already destroy his fame as a 1st class chief inspector of royal police department.
