Here we have a situation where, as a perverted joke, Stein has injected Medusa with some kind of weight gain formula. The formula also causes her to ignore her sudden weight gain (as depicted by tiny bubbles around her head lol). Not only was the experiment a complete success but it looks like Stein is enjoying the hell out of the results.One reason I drew this was because I really wanted to draw fat Medusa in her nurse outfit, but it ended up becoming so much more then that. I might try the semi comic thing again sometime

The Vanderich are overpowered? No, if anything, the Arrancars were overpowered.

Vanderich QUincys as a whole were nowhere near as as powerful. Yeah, you had Gremy, Soul King Left Hand and their leader Juha Bach. However, most of them only had a general power like Bazz-B, or As Nodt, or Bambietta, etc.

The freaking leader, ywach, is by far one of the most overpowered villains I've ever seen.
The arrancar's were so much better because the author actually made you care about them.
Even the vandenreich members I do like have nothing about them other than their design that makes me like them.
Also, no, the vandenreich, at least the leaders, are overpowered as shit. At least none of the arrancars ever defied death by pulling some bullshit out of nowhere.
Also, I don't consider the arrancars overpowered at all. The only one that is was Narayan but he has an excuse because he's the king.
And I'm not trying to be mean (let me make that very clear) but did you seriously just say that "growing more arms to hold more weapons" is overpowered!

Aizen is literally immortal, kept transforming like crazy (he had 5 transformations before Freeza got Golden form) and his logic was so 4th wall, you'd swear he was reading the script. The dude had to be taken down with the Final Getsuga Tensho and yet STILL LIVED stating the Hogyoku deemed it so that he would absorb his Zanpakuto. Plus Aizen dicked around when the dude could have made the Oken.
Juha Bach was defeated by the Captain General, had to take 1000 years to fully revive himself, was a legit strategist, and (while he had the future sight powers), lost those powers temporary due to falling asleep. The major weakness is when Juha Bach sleeps, he and Haschwalt switch powers. Hell, he succeeded becoming Bleach God purely on the fact that he didn't dick around like Aizen.
The only Arrancars that were worth caring for were Staark, Nelliel and Grimmjow. The rest of them were either half-handed or just stupid. Harribel went out so easily (and defied death BTW), Uquiorra was an emotionless sack of shit, Nninotora was just there to be antagonist to Nelliel, Number 7 was forgettable, Syallazell (the pink haired scientist) defied death so many damn times in his fight, #9 was banking on the fact he wore Kaien Shiba's body and Yammy was just ridiculous with his 0 to 9 nonsense and went out like a bitch.Ā
I'll give you Barringan, but the other 6 that I mentioned were terrible.
