This set is a lot less dynamic than the cyber-knife set, mostly because that sword is seriously sharp and I didn't want even the slightest chance of an accident.Model: Jazmine
Costume: bits of reenactor samurai armor, reconfigured by myself, vintage hakama and custom-forged Bugei O-katana.

If she was a warrior being war weary and taking off her armor at the end of battle that would make sense. If that is the warrior's normal garb for fighting, then it seems off because she is too exposed and vulnerable.

That's true, but I'm just going to be blunt: It's bad ass. Fighting naked signifies that you aren't afraid of being hurt in battle. It may not seem like the smartest thing to do, but eh. Makes things cooler.
