This model appears quite healthy. I'd wager you just have a negative reaction to thin midsections and/or visible ribs, but neither are (in and of themselves) indicators of poor health.
If you have the stomach for it, you can search for images of anorexic individuals; malnourishment is conspicuous. Dramatically reduced musculature is especially apparent in the legs and arms, where the reduction makes joints appear much larger than normal, even bulbous. The buttocks is also extremely reduced and the pelvis' form becomes more visible.

If you have the stomach for it you should look at other images of Melissa Troutt, who is perfectly healthy, and her condition/fitness is none of your business.

I said your model looks perfectly healthy and I further suggested that the person concerned with her health could compare her to an anorexic individual and note the differences, which are stark.
