I dont have one lol, I just stick to the reference image as much as possible

OH MY GOSH, HOW?!

How on earth did you get the iris to be so detailed with watercolours? I'm currently doing something like this and I don't have ANY idea on how to do detailed irises. Any tips?

Ive been using watercolors for over 15 years its just practice honestly, and watch how much water you use always , i use very light glazes, about 50 layers sometimes
