Description Just another model finished... nothing special this time.
Rendered couple versions, but this one looks best, with nice outdoor hdri lighting, coming from a "virtual" window...

Muidugi saab, lihtsalt läheb tiba kauem aega... põhiline on hästi palju erinevaid mudeleid teha, harjutamise mõttes.

jah ega ei peagi ju alguses võib vist alustada mingi korvpalliga näiteks ma arvan...?

jah see lehekülg on lahe

mmarti In reply to sanderkelk [2005-11-21 14:44:03 +0000 UTC]

Seinad on maxis olemas? Hmm..

I'll bet you that if I showed this to everybody I know, no one will be able to tell that's a 3d render... and i don't think anyone will believe me...

I think you're breaking my last barrier when it comes to modelling. With your art, I can't tell the different from the outside world (if such a thing do exist).
Indeed.

louie2000 [2004-10-08 11:50:07 +0000 UTC]

the knobs on the doors are blurred, looks like the pic is focussed on the faucet. That is really cool if it is, most 3D renders ive seen have never attempted any sort of 'focusing'. Well, anyway, good job

mmarti In reply to louie2000 [2004-10-08 12:09:33 +0000 UTC]

Hehee... actually "focusing" was done in photoshop later... just blurred a part of the pic...

My God! This is a masterpiece! May be a simple scene but it looks so realistic that I can almost feel it cold and wet just by looking at his render! What software do you use? I wish I could do half of what you've did! Keep it comming! :hankshake:

Wow, it looks exactly like a photo! Just like it was a snap of your own bathroom sink!
Apart from that, I was definate something like this, though difficult to make look real I guess, surely can't have been anywhere near as hard to do as the T800 head!

mmarti In reply to kallitechnis [2004-09-16 19:13:14 +0000 UTC]

You're right... making that bathroom cabinet was a piece of cake compared to the terminator...

Paper-thinSanity [2004-09-16 17:16:33 +0000 UTC]

very nice. i think what really does it for me is the subtle reflections in the sink itself. did you do this in max?

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

mmarti In reply to Paper-thinSanity [2004-09-16 18:21:52 +0000 UTC]

Yes, I do it in max... haven't had need for any need for other 3d software so far...

Paper-thinSanity In reply to mmarti [2004-09-16 23:04:25 +0000 UTC]

sweet, yeah i pretty much stick to max, but i've been kind of wanting to try out softimage. i've seen some really nice stuff come out of it. of course i'd say if you're really good with any of the 3d programs out there you can do really nice stuff.

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

mmarti In reply to Paper-thinSanity [2004-09-17 05:48:30 +0000 UTC]

Why not, try some other 3d software too, although I haven't had need for any other software... max is pretty much enough...
