Some things to point out: some of the parts are slightly off angle. The eyes are wider than normal. The hair lacks definition and the stray strands of hair look much stronger and solid than the (main?) hair. The shading can be improved.
Nice job though. Painting is hard, and you did an nice job at it

I've thought a lot about this picture (after I finished it) and I believe almost all of the perspective problem would be fixed if the bottom half of the face was closer to the top. The only thing I really like about this picture is the coloring (which is why I posted it) There is actually a full rainbow in her hair.

The colouring is impressive. I find that colouring is harder than shading in paintings. You did a great job at it
