Ahhh wheatley. Such an awesome character, Stephen merchant is brilliant in this game. 8) I dont care if he betrays me in the end, I CANT LEAVE HIM I LURVE HIM
I am so proud ;_; first time i ever drew a robot competently. oh mah gosh. But yeah i have been watching the flood of portal art, and there seems to be a lot of human wheatley stuff, which is awesome. 8) But there dosent seem to be anyone really doing much with the real design.
I wanted to experiment with expressions on a character not easily manipulatable face wise. And of course inject a bit of my own style into the character 8)
Hope you guys like! ^_^ Basically this was a practise piece to transition myself back into commissions, its been a while since i used photoshop. Like riding a bike, it seems X3 Im ready to start now, so expect a more steady flow of work now.

Oh dear God, I am absolutely in love with how you draw him. Just. Ahh, these are so toony and expressive and I cannot decide which one I like the most because they're all just precious. He's such an lively character, you did a FANTASTIC job capturing that here.
