Description Andrei Orlov, prince of Muscobar, elder brother of Empress Astasia of New Rossiya, and host of the dragon-daemon Adramelech. Andrei has the special distinction of being the only drakhoan in the Tears of Artamon universe to have hosted two different drakhouls: Khezef and Adramelech, respectively.

Adamelech likes purple.

ALL your sarah ash fan art is amazing! ive been a great fan of this series for years, and though i tend to check for fan-art once in a while (cuz the books inspire me too, i just lack the skill to do something about it), this is by FAR the best ive seen! Wow, thank you so much! It's great to hear compliments from other fans! And yeahp--I certainly plan more fan-art for her books in the future. In hopes of collecting together all the Sarah Ash fan-arts on dA, we started Come by and visit us sometime!

Ahhhh purple!!!!!! It's so lovely! But why is fullview so small?

I'm sure you wouldn't expect me to say this at all, but I LOVE his hair. I love love love it. As well as those little highlighted scales. Beautiful, I tell you! Beautiful!

Tiny full-view? Surly you jest!

Maybe it's tiny because the painting itself is pretty small (5x 7.5 inches). I think making the full view larger would end up making the picture a little blurry. ALAS. I wish my scanner wasnt so lame. Even scanning things at 300 dpi, it fails me!

The orbs are convienient design elements that help group all 7 paintings together...BUT they also are manifestations of power! The dragon-daemons' powers often manifest as sparks or lighting. At one point in the second book, the confused denizens of Arnskammar Asylum think lighting has struck and desttoyed the tower where one of their most valuable prisoners is kept...buuuuut they would be wrong about that...x.x.

Thank you! He's a lovely character from the novels of Sarah Ash. If you can get ahold of the "Tears of Artamon" trilogy, I heartily recommend them
