Well, this only took me half a decade to finish xD Here's my entry for the contest !I've always wanted to draw Tsuyu in her fantasy AU outfit because it's the cutest blend of mori girl and lolita fashion, so I'm really glad this contest gave me the opportunity to do that. I decided to go with a forest theme with mushrooms and plant life, choosing brown as the unifying color as Tsuyu is very down-to-earth and practical.
This is my first time joining a DeviantArt contest so I'm really excited to share my work with everyone. I hope you enjoy this drawing as much as I do!!
Materials used:
- Copic alcohol markers for the base
- Crayola colored pencils for added depth and contrast
- Black, grey, and brown multiliners for lineart
- Sakura white gel pen for highlights (covering up mistakes)
