Description
The Jubilant.
Otherwise known as the Streamer Griffin. It is associated with festivals and celebrations due to the resemblance of its wing and tail feathers to common festive decorations. Obtaining just a single feather from this animal to display amongst your decorations guarantees that your party will be freakin’ legendary.
Started this on one page then realised I wanted to expand the tail, so I went over to another page. Stitched it together in Photoshop.
