Description Oh gee, as I don't draw these two enough
I just felt like playing around in a different style for them.

Greetings, Genocyber.

I see you have more Robotnik-related work, at last. Not only that, you've gone about experimenting with style. Hopefully your findings have proven to be a matter of welcome difference.

Depiction of evil can often be a daunting task in how one encapsulates and expresses it's qualities. This easily comes to a difficult space in working with the appearance of iconic characters. Even subtle changes can cause a wide difference in reaction.

How many ways can you enhance depravity, power, weariness? In your version of Snively, I interpret many of his same characteristics under that new guise: he has the appearance of age and long hours of work, yet a resulting arrogance and tired self-confidence, despite his position under the metaphorical metal heel of Robotnik.

As for Robotnik himself, I can see the clear influence of AOSTH design, as well as the inclusion of both of his arms being robotic. His hunched-over pose both lends to his hanging corpulence, and also to a sense of withheld power; there is somewhat of both a greater viciousness there, and also a sort of deliberately horrific kind of disproportion.

From your artwork's standpoint, you continue with your clear, linear style. Unfortunately the heavy, black areas of Robotnik's underbelly somewhat literally weigh down that major point of the image. While your style is relatively clean in execution, one curiosity I find is that Robotnik's artificial tympana/ears are tilted up at an angle; strangely, I seem to see them more as truncated horns, like the devil trying to blend in with humanity, and purposefully fails. Further, pay attention to the tilt of the back of his hand, as the panel of his glove seems to more consistently follow that.

Good luck in your future works, Genocyber.

Nice job.

A little different looking from the Son of Mobius comic, but I like it.

Hmm, interesting. These remind me strongly of one of the styles that was used in the UK Sonic Comic, at least before it went kaput. It looks rather neato.
