Are you kidding? All of them have been shown to be capable of handling themselves in national crises, possess above average to great speed, intelligence, strength, flight/magic and resourcefulness. Any of them could solo. Forget the Mane 6, the CMC could solo.

Provided none of the Mane 6 are attracted to these wrestlers (seriously, they look HAWT), this could be a pretty good Death Battle. The Mane six have one less member, but they have two direct magic users, two ponies that can fly, one that can defy the laws of physics, and one that's really strong (not that Rainbow Dash isn't strong).

@FreeCandy44 indeed Rainbow Dash is the only one that has actually had an actual death battle and won...and seeing as how they fair against enemies that outnumbered them it would be a sight to see here.

Mane Six. My reasoning is they all have hooves, and if you've ever been kicked by a horse you know how much it can hurt compared to fists. Plus Rainbow Dash has wings.
