Her full name is Claire Bernstein.
This is Warren (doctor / surgeon; rapist; GIO's stepfather; Lemon's father)'s little sister.
She was put into an orphanage, but got taken out a month later because Warren's parents wanted to have "another child".
(They picked her because she had the same eye and hair color as Warren. This would give the confusion of the fact that she was actually "born" into the family.)
