I'm so emotionally invested on Anne with an E. Haha-- it's really charming. I spend most of my free time on the tumblr tags. I'll be reading the first book later today So I can make my home in slow burn hell
Lol can't compare since I haven't watched the 1985 mini series yet but I believe this is really well made. Lolol I don't really like comparing adaptations of the same series since it makes your standards really high. For a first timer like me --I only had the basic info of Anne of Green Gables xD because it was briefly discussed during my final year of junior high, watching Anne with an E was very entertaining and an enjoyable introduction to L.M. Montgomery's beloved series.

It's awesome seeing something from my little corner of the world get so popular, since it usually gets glanced over. I'm still surprised by how popular Anne of Green Gables is in places like Japan.

Oh gosh-- I really love Anne of Green Gables since I watched the Netflixx adaptation. I was able to finish reading the book series last July and it's just really good ;; I enjoyed how you feel like you grow up with Anne while reading the books xD
