Yeah this is an original Vanship design for Last Exile. A great anime that I highly recommend.The Ezekiel type was designed for special operations use and can carry many types of equipment and load outs. It is also capable of extremely high speeds, making it idea for dog fighting.

This is a nice model drawing. I've tried drawing my own design but, I could never get it the way I wanted to so I scrapped it.

O_o new series? I doubt it.. I happen to be lucky that I found all seven dvd's at F.Y.E two years ago. Shop around Amazon or if not better, Ebay for the whole collection.

I did a little digging after you gave me that link and they are making another Last Exile. Although this one is called Last Exile - Pham of the Silver Sky. [link] this is the official website and if you take a look at the airships.. I think they went overboard with there designs.. expecially with that silver one. Jesus, 26 Claudia units.. the thing is like a retro version of the Answerer Arms Fort from Armored Core: For Answer. The red airship looks like some flying warship from howl's moving castle. I got the impression from it's many fins on either side thats how it would move.. provided that a Claudia reactor is providing the lift nessesary to float about.
Also, the story line makes no sence to me after I translated it.. more like gibberish. unless you know someone that understands what being said there and can put it in their own words. I don't know about this new series.. i feel like they're going too far with it. *shrug*q

I know it is kind of disappointing. What was worse though, was that I had this one piece "Sci-Fi Weapon Concepts" that when it had 600 views it had no comments. Fortunately it is now like 800 and 14, so I feel a bit better now... XD
