Background information:
Scarlet is called that because, during the day her hair turns scarlet red, but at night it turns pitch black with faint glistering stars. Reasons for this is unknown. The marking on her neck is from when she was little, she had been pushed down a small hill and landed on a sharp rock that tore her neck a bit. Although she is portrayed as an elegant lady character, she is the opposite. She loves to roll in mud, munch on food all the time, play games, and be very silly. But she doesn't know how to socialize with other ponies. Scarlet spends most of her days sitting outside in her back field (in picture) she had an orchard but all the trees have long died. Because she never has gotten a chance to socialize with others, her cutie mark has not appeared. On some nights, looking at the moon, she always finds herself thinking upon those "what if.." questions. What if she was able to make friends? Oh on top of this all, she is known as a freak because of her hair color change.
