If you do not take any of my tips, that is perfectly fine! All that I recommend is to benefit you, but if you do not want to do it, I do not mind! Also, ignore my trashy English- it isn't my first language. AND, please don't get offended by what I say. If you don't like what I list below, just comment on my profile and rant (I will respond to it with either positive or negative comment).

Ok, now to the critiquing.

Nice ears you made there. I'm a huge sucker for feral ears such as yours. It is portioned quite well (in my opinion) and to be honest, really eye-catching! The joy in his/her eyes really shows, because of the small blushes and arched mouth. This means you know how to show emotions on images well. I love the simple design you applied onto this character. The simple style with a simple shading and palette is good : ).

Now, to the criticism. I understand that you are trying to go for a more cartoony look, but you should still stay at least a bit loyal to how the world perceives animals. The nose is too small, and the eyes are way too big. Maybe make the nose a bit larger (about half the size of their paw) and the eyes smaller. The eyelashes on the left eyes look a bit off. You should probably avoid eyelashes, or try direct the eyelashes to point to the left, not the right. You can always have a simple design for the clothing, but the palette that is used must be used correctly (if that makes sense). The shorts are too neon, so it makes the viewer's eyes drag towards the blinding blue. You should probably make it duller and/or paler. This will help the viewers' eyes drag more towards the face, rather than the shorts. You should also study lighting and shading. Some things, such as the hair, have weird lighting- but I'll get more in-depth later on. Lastly, the paws are too small. Sizing it larger will make it look better, trust me.

Now the tips:
- Study the colour wheel to understand which colours will look best
- Try different styles, such as semi-realism, anime and realistic ferals.
- Have a consistent shading style.
- Draw the sun to direct where the light is, and where the shadow is.
- Make sure you understand the human and/or feral proportions. This will make your artwork more appealing.
- Make a more difficult design in the future, so that you will be more accustomed to more detailed illustrations.
- If making a difficult design, make the shading detailed too- or else it will look weird!
- Spend more time on your art. Even if it takes 7 hours to make one drawing, in the future, it will take 2 hours to make an even better illustration.
- Try draw realistic backgrounds.

Sorry that there are more cons than pro.

Firstly, your art is so cute!! Your style is adorable, and you have earned a watch from me :''>

The character itself is very well drawn, only things I would really point out is the eye being a little too big imo (but that may be just your art style, and if so, I say keep it <3) the other thing is that the legs seem a bit long compared to the arms. Maybe have them be equal lengths and mess around from there? ^_^

The pose is overall very cute and the expression as well! Keep up the good work!
