I made the textures in zbrush and created some ambient occlusion in Xnormals then rendered in 3ds max 9 with mental ray.

thanks! I just polypainted the head and the eyes in zbrush I then tweaked the colors in photoshop.

This one came out great, especially the eyes. They really have the wet and organic look on them and the character itself looks like it's eyeing the viewer, deciding if it should bite or not
