Even since WWII, China was not in good relations with the other democratic nations, USA, UK, and France... The Open Door Policy was still in effect, and I doubt that China appreciated that. Now that he has fully turned towards the Communists, the rift between the former Allies grew larger, and more inevitable.Easter work lolol... D8

I don't think I've ever told you this, although I've commented on other pages of this comic before, but the picture on the bottom of Russia and China is my *absolute favourite* picture of the two of them together. It's really simple...yet it says SO MUCH just through their gestures and expressions. Ok, I'm rambling now, but it is a rather emotional piece, so...yeah.

Seeing France lie about Indochina's status is amusing given what was going on there during this time.
Also, seeing Russia and China hugging with the Soviet symbol next to them was cool even if China looked a bit reluctant to be in that hug.
