Parcila was the daughter of the head of the local Mafia. her father would often bring his young daughter along on business with the intention of toughening her up so she would be the next head of the family.
however a deal went sour and a competing mob family managed to capture her as her father fled and hid.
they torchered her to get her to tell where her father was located. she never told them and she ended up dying as a result.
they bricked what was left of her body up behind a wall in an underground cellar, never to be found.
