Description
When Team Rocket disbanded, James went off on a business venture which put to use his skills in orienteering; starting up a software company which designed a map-based Pokemon application combining Pokedex technology with GPS tracking and recording (totallynotPokemonGo). Using a small loan from his parents, James built "Kojiro Corp", making it a household name within months.

Joining him on his venture was Meowth, who felt a deep, brotherly bond with James. But at a certain point, despite having next to no capability for battle, Meowth had amassed enough skills in various fields to transcend his shortcomings as a fighter, and evolved into a Persian. But despite this change, James continued to call his friend by the name "Meowth", to which Meowth was pleased, as it had become a part of who he was.
