Hello!!

Sort of inspired by a Twilight Sparkle base artwork from Velvet Sentry (to be precise, it's this one: www.deviantart.com/velveagicse… ), I decided to also draw an artwork of Twilight, since I don't draw her much.

I slightly redesigned her, but still remained a lot of essential features, so she didn't change much. I decided to give her a dark purple instead of a dark blue mane, because in my opinion, it suited her much. Besides, the dark blue mane hurted my eyes for some reason too much (for example on this artwork: www.deviantart.com/momo-malt-g… , in there, I really didn't like Twilight's mane/hair color) and the purple just felt more comfortable. I also found it better for her to have a darker coat color, as her father has a particular dark blue coat color and that her parents already have a bright colored child, so it'll make more sense, if the second child has a darker coat color. Her eye colors were based on her mane colors and were actually the excact same colors, because I thought, this could add more aesthetic to her body color sheme. ^^ As well, her heigh is the same as in the show: Alicorn Twilight is a few centrimetres taller than unicorn Twilight and for me, it made much sense, so I remained that. Also, for the backgrond, I used the dimension, where Celestia gave her her wings and transformed her into an alicorn.

I eventually decided to call my group of planned fanfictions, including "Screwy Chaos", and and official Next Gen series, which I haven't posted yet, "The Future of MLP" and thought, this could be a suiting name. As well, I will probably do more reference sheets for canon characters to give them an age and a birth date, as they don't have any of them in the show, and to describe their life and so in "The Future of MLP", and I will probably also slightly redesign the others. I've already thought of Fluttershy. So, why talking so much, let's go!

As the time went on, Twilight Sparkle as the Princess of Friendship learned more and more about the Magic of Friendship and renewed her friendship experiences. With that subject, she's usually very modest and also admits, that ponies can't be perfect at friendship and she herself still has to learn much. Though, Twilight has a lot of duties to manage, as the two princesses decided her and her friends to be the next leaders of Equestria, so she has to precisely and properly prepare for her job, until the time arrived.

With years of practice and experience, she learned not to freak out, when things don't happen the way she expected and instead thrusted her friends. Twilight had during the ages less and less time for herself and just having fun with her friends and nowadays, she hardly has any time for her private interests. That's a problem though, that also appears and bothers her in her later life, when she got married and had a child.

In her later life, she got to know Tempest Shadow once again and they became close friends, until they started having feelings to each other and their friendship turned into an actual relationship.
