You know the gist: Marvel Trademark, Copyright, and the character and universe was created by LEGENDARY creators of Marvel Comics Joe Simon & Jack Kirby. Disney owns Marvel and all therein. Disney $$$ keeps the MCU going!People misunderstand this creator issue on Cap & Stan: STAN LEE did not create Cap. He and Jack Kirby created the Marvel Universe and in Avengers #4 in 1964, they decided to bring Captain America back to life following an arc where HULK left the team. Stan Lee is credited mainly due to his resurrecting the iconic patriot.
