Description
Tarbosaurus is a genus of theropods belonging to the tyrannosaurid family.
Measuring up to twelve meters in length for around 4 meters tall, this dinosaur, which lived about 70 million years ago in what is now known as Asia. This carnivorous animal was possibly the top predator of the area, although it had to be wary of both Deinocheirus and Therizinosaurus' deadly claws when confronting these equally large dinosaurs.
The most amusing part resides in the fact it closely resembles its american, more popular cousin, T-Rex.

In the Carnosaur novel, a Tarbosaurus was the largest theropod cloned by Lord Darren Penward for his private menagerie, with the said Lord being annoyed with people mistaking the dinosaur with Tyrannosaurus Rex.
It escaped when Lady Penward released all the animals in a fit of jealousy upon seeing David Paul escaping with his ex.
The creature even brings down an helicopter during its rampage before being retreating against the hose of a firetruck into a mall that collapses on the dinosaur, killing it.
