I've got a question: How do you make these? These are gorgeous and what a neat idea to have for Eastertime too

Thank you
I have styrofoam eggs and I dry the sugarpaste on them, one half egg at a time. Then they get the edges a bit adjusted and the halves are glued together with royal icing (making sure it is smooth). Then I decorated freehand with royal icing+edible colors using small round tips. Plan to have plenty of time, depending on the amount of detail you would like to have. On the other hand, they may last forever if well kept

Oh, I see! You use the styrofoam eggs as a form mold for the sugar paste, eh? That makes sense I bet, since they're hollow, one could put some small candies in them too, like M&Ms or something A pretty cool idea!

yes, you could fill them with candy, only you would have to break them to get it
