Description
It was meant to be a small practise and turned out into a drawing. I just wanted to know how to work with black paper and coloured pencils.At the end I'm quite satisfied with the outcome, but there are still some mistakes: The knight's leg, horse's head, ... didn't have the nerve to fix them.
Sorry to all who expect some digital drawings from me! My tablet is broken and honestly I suck at digital art, so I'll focus more on my traditional drawings

Amazing stuff, especially for a first time trying this out!
I've been thinking about doing the same but, so far I didn't have the time for it, not for a worked out drawing, it took me also less then 5 hours to draw it^^

Yea I tried once and also viewed a lot of drawings on black paper,with amazing results so yea will try some day again!

Yep, den Ritter auf dem weißen Hintergrund gibt's auch noch, aber ich hatte gerade keine andere Referenz zur Hand, als mir spontan danach war, mit dem neuen schwarzen Zeichenpapier zu arbeiten. Deshalb gibt's den guten Herren jetzt zweimal in meiner Gallerie ;D

Ist doch klasse als Vergleich. Ich liebe generell Arbeiten auf schwarzem Papier. Die haben so eine eigene ganz besondere Stimmung - leider ist es auch nicht immer ganz leicht die Pigmente zum leuchten/decken zu bringen. Schwarz schluckt auch immer ne ganze Menge, besonders, wenn man es fixieren will.
