Looks great, overall!
But since you said you appreciate criticism, I hope you won't hate me for saying a few things.
First, I know you were going for stylized, but for some reason the large nostril doesn't fit at all on the stylized head. The large eye does and looks great, but the nostril is a bit out of place.
Secondly, I think the butterfly would've worked better being on this side on the zebra's horse, not the further one. It would've given a bit more depth and also brought more attention to the butterfly itself.
The rest of it looks great and I absolutely adore what you did with the stripes, at first I thought it's a fence until I gave it a closer look. I don't know if symbolism is what you were going for, but if it is, you did a great job!

Yeah, the zebra wasn't so great. It got second place in a big contest, so yay, but I'm not sure how it placed, lol.
