I love the design so much I've been working on a little story behind it... I want to make it an OC but I already have so many....

This is really amazing. It is fairly obvious that you used magic to draw this (as stated in your used mediums): Just look at this simple yet beautiful backgrounding, contrasting the light figure and also the details and lightning highlights on the figure itself. My compliments! <3

I love this so much. There's no way I could get my colored pencils to ever look like that. And forget about that background...
But that pose is something else! Such fluid movement, and that soft coloring and how it transitions so realistically and beautifully, one could truly believe that this thing exists 
I may, or may not want to draw this creature in the near future, yes yes 0_______0Β

This is a lovely design and a great take on the Kirin. The pose, seeming to hang above the water like it is barely making a ripple on the surface, is really well done. It highlights the animals delicate side. Very well done and I approve of your use of magic!

Oh, here I like the effect how the character cleanly cuts off from the dark background. Looks awesome, just like the chara had the inner light

that would be because it's actually a cut out from a white paper XD managed to glue and cut it cleanly enough that it's not too noticeable *sneaky me* (and thanks!! agaaaain!!! all the lovely comments everywhere D: )
