very not pleased with this one. it looked great 'till I added the background >3>
probably going to post transparents of both characters at a later time
but my anatomy is improving so much even if my backgrounds leave much to be desired
anywhooooo~! third contest entree for nekophoenix! more of an excuse to draw Caza actually, since I completely forgot to add anything on the favorite things list

I actually really like the background, it's not overwhelming and it gives just enough to the rest of the image, it kinda reminds me of a storybook or something... I like it! ^^

Ooohhh gosh, this is wonderful, I have no idea why you think the background ruined it because I think it's gorgeous! AND since it includes forests and water, I think that works into my favourite things perfectly ;3
Your attention to detail when it comes to fur always leaves me staring with admiration; from the little short-haired tufts to the soft, longer locks - it looks like you could just reach out and pet the characters off the screen! I love the idea of the race too, and the fact that your character genuinely looks like they're getting tired even though still determined, and that Caza's just breezing off like a speedy asshole
Fantastic sense of action, I love the character interaction, and by god, look at all the remembered details in her markings and the fact her hair is blonde in comparison to her golden fur, just wonderful, thank you so much again

Poor fannouk probably couldn't keep up to save his life, but he's persevere - even for an athelete. not that it'll win him a race against a cheetah haha. Caza's definitely got the race won from the start XD

same X3 I really ought to do some more, I've got plenty of ocs that would get along (or bicker adorably) with other people's so I'm planning on doing a lot of crossovery stuff like this in the future~

yeah, I would like to do crosseovers too. I have some ideas but as always I can't get to draw them. I think I need to develop some kind of efficient sketchy style to draw scenes like that quickly :3
