It's a low-budget sci-fi movie from the 80s. It's about a teenager who has a run-in with a con-man, and the con-man's car has a nuclear device under the hood. The car in the background reminded me of the car from that movie.

I actually drew him first... but I get what you mean. Nicks legs are way shorter than a human's compared to his torso, but they are not that small. Thanks for the input
