Here's a picture of Goomama's Quickcheeks (a Goomy/Gible Crossbreed) learning Dragon Pulse! I finally learned how to do waaaay better lineart and my drawing self esteem has shot through the roof after seeing how awesome this turned out.
So! As for levels to Quickcheeks:
Full body shot (2lvl x 2) + Complex Shading (2lvl x 2) + Simple Background (1lvl) = Total of 9 Levels to Quickcheeks! Plus, it learned Dragon Pulse to boot.
