Description

Decepticons masquerading as something "friendly" is always a fun concept, and I'm glad there have been a few more bots other than Barricade playing with the theme. Unfortunately, they picked an awful toy to make Decepti-Cop helicopter out of... and bundled it with a somehow even worse toy.
(seriously, this guy you're supposed to open the arm panels, flip out a thumb, and then hide the thumbs by closing the arm panels again. wut?)

He looks pretty nice teamed up with Smolder and Barricade, though. Rescue Cons, rise to the rescue...
