Description - Jerry Dandrige (Fright Night, 2011 version)
- Santanico Pandemonium (From Dusk Til Dawn: The Series)
- Mayor (Michael Jackson's Ghosts)
-  Arthur 'Trinity' Mitchell (Dexter)
- Norman Bates (Psycho remake)
- Doctor Heiter (Human Centipede)
- Ezra ('Fitting Punishment' episode of Tales From The Crypt)
- Charlie Marno ('Dead Right' episode of Tales From The Crypt)
- Joseph Sugarman (Bojack Horseman)
-  Ben Willis (I Know What You Did Last Summer franchise).  He doesn't do anything that makes him stand out from other horror villains, in fact the only thing terrifying about him is that he has a point.
- Puro (Changed). I know what some of the Changed fanboys on here are thinking...they're thinking..."WHY IS PURO ON HERE?" and they're probably saying to me 'But Puro isn't the villain, it's the other black latex monsters that are the villains!"..while trying to defend that little mutant and viewing him as a father figure or tragic soul who needs a friend.  I'm sorry,  but I reject your headcanon and substitute my own!  In my headcanon Puro counts as a villain besides...doesn't it seem a bit fishy that he would protect you against HIS OWN KIND? Or that you need to give him something in return for him protecting you?  The latter to me sounds a bit Faustian.  And also because Changed in itself is Paranoia Fuel: The Game, you cannot trust anyone in that game not even him.  Besides,  everyone knows that unless he is a deformed musician who sings about the 'music of the night' than he since wears a mask,  that makes it difficult for him to trust him and I would think that if he was a human he would be arrested and charged with multiple crimes including rape.  It sickens me that I get attacked for defending Dawn Bellwether but yet this little putrid monstrosity gets a pass because he's 'cute'.  I would rather let Puro die than ever see him again.  And i'm sick of seeing his ugly mug (especially in the work of a certain artist.  I liked the comic back when it had 10-30 chapters,  but when it got to pages 40+...ugh,  it got boring and nothing exciting happens,  nothing changes except the victim and that is it.  Yeah, we got to see the white dog-creatures but only two of them.  What's that? You were hoping for a big grandscale battle between the two species? Too bad,  enjoy the female character and her seemingly never-ending quest to find a host.  I know this was the one that won and the person who commissioned is probably a fan of the character but still...I can't stand Changed,  it's a depressing and mediocre game that is a poorman's remake of I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream and all of the transformations (while with different creatures) have the same method...goo or something similar.  Also I freaking hate Puro.  I hope to NEVER seen another instalment of that stupid comic EVER again)
- Billie and Chris (Carrie).

My headcanon on Changed is that the latex monsters eat you and kill you. Basically, the monsters absorb the human and use the biomass to build something completely new destorying the brain of the victim and using the human to fule cell reproduction to create another monster to go out and repeat the process. So Puro is planning to kill you and fantasizing about it for years; he even set up signs to lead you to him in hope that you would think he was going to help you as a trap. Puro only changes his mind when he see you aren't what he had hoped for and he follows you because he nothing better to do. He also desides to absorb your biomass after he see your more fit than he thought, puro is scary honestly.

That theory is one I can actually see working,  plus the white wolf one (with the gas-mask) refers to humanity as a 'disease' so that kind of adds to it,  I get kind of a stalker vibe from Puro considering he supposedly follows you everywhere,  even if you leave the building in one of the endings.  It makes sense fro m that stand-point.

I think there's some sort of 'death' theme/motif going on,  especially considering when you get a game over in the game (which is almost always), you start over with a new game which is called an 'old memory',  it makes me think that the character was either already dead prior to entering the lab or that you are in some sort of a Groundhog Day loop.  And also I personally think that he doesn't actually protect you against his own kind,  chances are the others of his species were probably human at some point but he kidnapped them and drained them and turned them and that they're basically his minions.

Maybe he didn't kill them personally but his species did because thats how they reproduce. Puro says that after a human is absorbed the orgional will create a new creature and when the new monster is fully grown will seperate and become two seperate creatures. I think Puro is like an amobea; amobea when they eat devour 100% of the other microbe and use it to fule metosisic Asexual reproduction, so I think the latex creatures use humans as a large burst of nurtirents to fule they're divison. Lastly, after Puro devours you on the easy mode ending he talks about you in a past tense, "I'm sorry human, I will miss taking to you." To me this shows that Puro's mind is the only one to survive the "transfurmation" and the human is gone.

Maybe,  maybe they're basically his thralls kind of like with vampires or similar creatures.  Another aspect I am getting from this that the others are purely animalistic and don't have any particular mindsets or personalities apart from the desire to infect and transform others,  Puro seems to be the only one with a mindset and personality.  To me the other ones are basically thralls or minions to him.

Maybe after they devour so many people they gain more intelligence, Maybe Puro was the alpha of the other ones and transformed so many people that he eventually evolved himself beyond the animal like intelligence he stats with. Puro seem to know the bulding remarkably well almost as if he used to work there, Puro also knows what all the rooms are called, what caused the blackout where the power plant is and even the main lobby as well.

Yeah,  there's always some kind of leader or alpha type with monsters...like there is a Vampire Monarch trope and quite a few bits of werewolf lore mention an 'alpha' werewolf,  so it's possible.  Of course there is the issue of them becoming intelligent enough that they might overthrow him.

Well if he ate most of the humans and created more latex monsters while absorbing the humans skills, he would always be the ruler and his spawn would stay under him.

He turned out that way because of his mother, and his mother lost her innocence at a young age.

I believe the episode Time's Arrow explains his mother's backstory.
