Description -  Lord Farquaad (Shrek) As I mentioned on my Shrek screenshot meme Farquaad or 'Farqui' as I call him is not only one of my favorite favorite characters in the Shrek series next to the main characters themselves and Puss In Boots. Please don't flame me brogres,  but I...I..I love Farquaad the most.  I know he's an asshole,  but how can I not like him?  Given how many similarities to The Princess Bride this movie has,  i'm probably not the only one who thinks Farquaad - or Farqui as I call him is similar to Prince Humperdinck...I think of him as sort of a mix of Humperdinck and Vizzini.  I feel kind of embarrassed and ashamed to admit that I like him though considering in most Shrek Is Life stories i've read/heard -  'Farquaad' is used as a term to describe someone who doesn't believe in Shrek or just hates Shrek in general,  but now that i'm bringing it up...i'm not ashamed of it anymore.  I remember even wanting to own the action figure of him by McFarlane Toys...I was at the mall with my friends and this was around the time the movie was in theaters so there was a ton of Shrek merchandise in stores...I remember going to Toys R'Us and checking to see if they had the action figures of the characters in particular Farquaad,  who was the one I wanted most...but they didn't have him in the store so I ended up getting the mascot instead.  But on my way out from another store...what did I see?  A Lord Farquaad action figure - standing there at the top of one figure pile -  in its packaging - all by itself.  Naturally,  this caught my eye and I almost got to have him but....my friends and I left the store before I could say anything.  Damn! Once again the elusive Farqui escaped me.   And yes I wanted to have the bean bag plush doll of him as well. *sigh* Someday i'll find them.   Well as I mentioned earlier,  he's really funny especially when he tries to be threatening...which is mainly due to his rather miniscule stature.  Plus,  he has a very expressive face - again most computer animated characters do but I think he's got the best and most impressive expressions i've ever seen.   Also John Lithgow did an awesome job of voicing him...not surprising considering that he's played a villain before including movies like Ricochet and the original version of Footloose,   he was also in the Tales From The Crypt episode 'You, Murderer'.  Of course him as Farqui was the first time I ever saw him in a movie or tv show,  then I started watching episodes of 3rd  Rock From The Sun and I loved it,  i've also heard him singing songs on the kids family radio channel.  Not to mention he was the villain in Cliffhanger - one of my favorite Stallone movies.  What can I say? Farquaad,  the little terror that he is - tugged at my heartstrings and made me pay the utmost attention.  I also find it funny that in real life John Lithgow is 6'ft tall and yet Farqui is pretty much well...a tiny terror.  ..I can try to hate Farqui as hard as I can...but I can't stay angry at him.  Well he may have only wanted Fiona so he could become king without even realizing that Fiona was an ogress even though the Magic Mirror told him about the curse,  but I can't stay mad at him...he's just too funny and likable to be hated.   During my days as a wannabe fanfic writer I came up with a spin-off series about him,  including a couple of things where he gets turned into things like a wolf or at least something akin to a werewolf,  and even a rat. Yep...and I named my Elekid in Pokemon Crystal after him,  I also did a Dungeons and Dragons inspired script about two were-rat siblings and a were-eagle who was sent after them,  the sibling's uncle was also named after him and based on him.  It's hard for me to hate him considering that the stage musical makes him sympathetic.  I even have one of my Plutarkian OCs named after him.  Not to mention the scene of him torturing the Gingerbread Man was actually really funny and Hilarious In Hindsight given that Lithgow also is now known for playing Arthur 'Trinity' Mitchell in Dexter.
-  Gaston (Beauty And The Beast). (Beauty And The Beast).  I know he's a jerkass who only liked Belle so that he could have her as his wife because she was beautiful...but this is Gaston we're talking about,  the villain that sparked his own meme and got himself his own real life Gaston's Tavern in the Beauty and The Beast themed area of Walt Disney World.  It's no wonder I have a Machamp named after him in Pokemon Sapphire.  He's basically the Disney villain equivalent to Chuck Norris...actually scratch that,  he's more like the Disney version of Bruce Campbell. I'm probably not the only one who thinks that either.   I loved him before,  but it's thanks to TrudiRose's fanfics that I grew to love him more because she managed to make him sympathetic.  And also...the interesting thing is that in a way he's the exact opposite of Beast because Beast is monstrous on the outside but nice on the inside and Gaston is nice looking on the outside but monstrous on the inside and it shows throughout the movie especially after Belle rejects him.  But he wasn't always this good-looking though,  there were a ton of designs for the character that were created before this version was chosen.  And I believe Brom Bones was used as inspiration as well.
-  Chairman Drek (Ratchet and Clank). This guy is one of the best villains in video game history,  not to mention he's an absolute nightmare to deal with as a final boss...almost as nightmarish as it was fighting Unknown in Tekken Tag Tournament 1,  Jinpachi in Tekken 5,  or to a lesser extent Azrael in Tekken 6.  How hard is it to beat Drek?  Let's just say you're going to be needing several thousand bolts to get yourself the weapon known as the R.Y.N.O because it is said you'll need that in order to take him down.  Of course I didn't need it to take him down in the end because I manage to make do with the Decoy Glove,  Visibomb Gun,  Drone Device, Glove Of Doom, Devastator and the Tessla Claw. I stayed up all the way to 1am to get to Novalis where you finally face him. Kevin Michael Richardson did a perfect job voicing him as well,  although it is very disappointing that they have Paul Giamatti voicing him in the movie..and don't get me started on how he looks in the movie.
-  Captain Gantu. (Lilo And Stitch).  Considering that Kevin Michael Richardson who also voices Drek voices him,  Gantu is actually a pretty awesome character and I LOVE his design too.  He's like an almost Kaiju-sized version of a Street Shark. Plus i'm glad to see there is a fanbase for him.
- Oogie Boogie (Nightmare Before Christmas).  Now Oogie is MY kind of villain!  He's scary and funny at the same time,  not to mention is inspired by the late Cab Calloway.  Yep,  this guy was based on and inspired by the legendary Cab Calloway who played Curtis in The Blues Brothers.  Not to mention he's voiced by Ken Page -  yep - The Big Lipped Aligator himself who also played Deutronomy in the video version of the classic musical Cats (on stage though Deutronomy is played by Brian Blessed who also plays in Bustopher Jones in the same stage musical as well,  of course it's in the London cast).   So how about that...Curtis himself was the inspiration for Oogie Boogie!  I LOVE Oogie,  everything about him is just so twisted yet fun at the same time.
-  Professor Ratigan (Basil: The Great Mouse Detective).   Two words: Vincent Price.  Yes,  THAT Vincent Price who starred in countless horror movies,  voiced Zigzag in The Thief And The Cobbler (the voice remains in all 3 versions) and who of course lent his eerie voice and narration to Michael Jackson's Thriller along with his laugh and not only voiced the Curator in Alice Cooper's Welcome To My Nightmare storyline on the cd but also the introduction to Black Widow...who could forget that introduction with that spiel about how the black widow spider kills her mates and eats them after marriage to the weaker male of the species followed by the following bit of awesomeness right here. (Curator: If I may put forward a slice of personal philosophy, I feel that Man has ruled this world as a stumbling, demented child-king long enough! And as his empire crumbles, my precious Black Widow shall rise as his most fitting successor!)  You can so imagine Ratigan saying something like that,  because it suits him.   It is also worth-noting that Vincent Price also portrayed the Curator in the music videos from the Welcome To My Nightmare album as well.
-  King Sombra (My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic).  I know that every brony out there pretty much loathes Sombra for reasons such as that he didn't have much of a personality or that he looked too much like an OC,   but he doesn't need to have such things as a personality to define who he is because he is possibly the most badass villain in MLP history next to Chrysalis and Tirek.  I love the whole dark-lord vibe and the whole shadow aspect,  it makes him that much scarier.   One could say he's the MLP version of the Boogieman or the legendary Mexican monster known as El Coco or El Cucuy as he's sometimes called.  In fact he has the most ominous build-up of all,  we don't even see him fully -  we see him as a shadow,  and it is said that the unseen is sometimes actually scarier than what we do see...director John Landis even states this.  He also uses everypony's fears to his advantage like Freddy Krueger.   If you've ever been to Universal Studios Hollywood there is no doubt you've seen the 2013 El Cucuy maze narrated by Danny Trejo,  Trejo says that Cucuy can sometimes appear as 'a shadow,  a ghost,  an evil spirit -  who can become whatever you fear the most'.   In a way that is also very fitting of King Sombra.  As he is the boogie-man of the MLP: Friendship Is Magic universe.
-   Lawrence Lactavius Limburger (Biker Mice From Mars 1993).  Everyone's favorite scheming stinkfish.  And also my first animated villain obsession,  and for good reason.  He's not only threatening but also amusing,  of course he does have a bit of a problem with a certain trio of martian mice on motorcycles,   not to mention a horrific case of bad odor,  and not to mention living in a tower that pretty much is destroyed at the end of every episode (seriously..sounds to me he needs better insurance..at least get some that is at least mouse-proof or destruction-proof),   but he still has an air of sophistication and charm to him.  Even though he's a plutarkian who cares about nothing less than stripping earth of its resources just because his own race wasted their own resources to begin with,  he still manages to be intimidating and humorous at the same time.   It's a pity that in the 2006 revival he was reduced to being the Pit Boss's lackey though.  On a side note - he's probably my favorite character to play as in the ROM of the Biker Mice From Mars SNES game, because he's the fastest next to Vinnie.   I named my Swampert in Pokemon Sapphire after him.   What can I say?  I love this plutarkian,  even if his race has the most bizarre traditional greeting i've ever seen.   Also W.Morgan Sheppard's voice work is to thank for this as well.  I kind of knew W.Morgan Sheppard as Limburger prior to seeing him as Elvira's uncle in Elvira: Mistress Of The Dark,  similar to how I knew Brad Garrett as Greasepit prior to seeing/hearing him as the voice of Luka in the Garfield movie.  I do wish that they didn't make him the Pit Boss's personal slave/servant in the 2006 revival though because to me that just seemed out of character for him.
-  Joe (Help I'm A Fish).  What do Gantu, Limburger and Joe have in common? That's right,  all three of them are based off aquatic creatures.  Speaking of fish...who wants to bet that Limburger was the inspiration for this delightfully evil genius fish here?  I definitely think so.  Of course Joe started off as a normal pilotfish before gaining a serum that turned him into a super-genius fish with the voice of Alan Rickman...and well let's just say he meets his watery grave at the end after he's tricked by Fly into turning human,  but still..he's one insanely brilliant fish.   Not to mention the song 'Intelligence'  is insanely catchy.   And I have to admit,  after he drinks a bit of the anti-dote for the first time...his intelligent talking fish form does remind me of Limburger without his mask on.   Also yeah he has a good reason for his actions...naturally us humans eat fish (and so do several other animals) and so it's only natural that he wants revenge.
-  Rasputin (Anastasia).  With his speaking voice provided by none other than Christopher Lloyd (yes,  the same Christopher Lloyd who played Doc Brown) and his singing voice provided by legendary voice actor Jim Cummings,  as well as his reliquary and supernatural powers...Rasputin is one of the most memorable villains in animated movie history.  Admit it,  you have probably sung along to or hummed along with 'In The Dark Of The Night' many times.  Although the historical Rasputin who this version is based,  was actually unlike this version which may have pissed off historians,  it's kind of fitting to make him undead considering the real historical Rasputin was known for being notoriously hard to kill.  And there are people out there who have even said that Russell Brand is like him in that way,  well..Brand is notoriously hard to get rid of.  So in a way,  it's kind of fitting to make Rasputin undead considering how he was rumored to be notoriously hard to kill.

Yeah; I choose this because:
Braiking Boss: Conquered the world with an army of robots.
Skull: Because you thought he was the leader of the Black Ghost organisation until you found out he wasn't.
Venger: The true force of evil and because he's missing a horn.
Megatron: 'Cause he's Megatron and that makes him badass!
