((I've finally done it! I've come up with the design for my forth and final OC, Noah
the gayest of them all! He could seriously give Avi a run for his money c; oh god I think he's so cute 
Noah is short and sweet and literally the skinniest thing you will ever meet. He's tiny and cute and soft and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. But he's unlucky. Terribly unlucky. And a clutz. That's not a good combination... he's the kinda kid who trips over his own feet and ends up breaking his wrist. He's broken everything he's got at least once, if not twice in some cases, but all the while he's remains sweet enough to give you diabetes. He's probably just made of rainbows and fluffy bunnies or somethin' who knows? Sweet doesn't mean innocent though. Nor does it mean naive. I suppose the best phrase to use here would be 'looks can be deceiving.'
I'd love to RP with my new baby so if you're interested, drop a line! I plan to draw him more hopefully tomorrow!))

Rafel walked around the neighborhood, mumbling to himself in dutch he sighed, having
nothing better to do he took a walk around, his eyes soon setting on a person he's
never seen before. "Hm? Well hello there~" The dutch boy smiled at the other "Cool hair~"
He looked at the other up and down, all around. "The name is Rafël, who may you be stranger?"

Noah jumped in surprise when he heard someone speaking to him. He turned to see Rafel smiling at him.
"Oh, hello." He flushed. "Thank you, I'm Noah." He holds his hand out for the other boy to take. "It's nice to meet you Rafel. "

He took the other boys hand "Are you knew around here? I don't think I've seen you before" Rafel tilted his head slightly. "...You really do have a nice complexion liefste" He studied the boys facial features for a few moments as his smile turned into a slightly sly grin.

Noah blushed at the compliment. "I- I do?" He hesitantly touched his face with his free hand and smiled at Rafel. "Thank you." he did not protest as the boy held onto his hand.

"Ja ~ " Rafël winked. "So what is a cutie like you doing alone?" The boy gently squeezed the others hand.

"Er," he blushes at the pressure on his hand, "I was just exploring town, you know, I just came here and I'm trying to find my way around..."

"Ah I see, I'm a bit new here maybe we could explore together~? " Rafel didn't let go of the others hand just yet.

"E-explore, huh?" Noah asked him. "Alright." He laced their fingers together and smiled at Rafel. "Then lead the way

"Ooo- alrighty" He gave the others hand a another
small squeeze "So why don't you tell me about yourself liefste~"
Rafël winked once more and began walking.

"Oh, mm... well, I moved here from Utah with my twin and my mom. It's just the three of us here in South Park. What about yourself?" He asks curiously as he trails after Rafel.

"Ooo~ I see~...and well I was adopted from the Netherlands at the age of four because my current mother had trouble with giving birth to Rayne but they wanted another child so they decided on adoption," He mumbled some words in Dutch. "So I live with my new family- my dad, mom and sister"

Noah's head tilted to the side. "Adopted, huh? You're quite old to just recently have been adopted! Do you remember your birth family at all?"

"A little-" He gently tapped his chin with his free hand. "I was given up around a year old. I plan to find them one day though- The care takers back in the Netherlands know the address but they refuse to tell me because 'I'm too young-'" He rolled his eyes and stuck is tongue out in annoyance.

Noah shrugged his shoulders, "you look plenty old enough to me." He nods. "But you also love your new family, too, right?"

He nods and smiles. "Definitely-....even though Rayne can be a
bit of a pain." Rafël chuckled softly. "So you have a twin?"

Noah smiles and nods. "Yea, his name is Rider. We're twins but we look nothing alike." He laughs a bit. "Well, for starters, his hair is his natural color... and even though his younger by four minutes, he's a lot taller than me." Noah pouts.

stuck out his tongue and winked.

Noah giggles and hides his smile behind his hoodie sleeve, blushing. "Well, you might be right about that because he's kind of a total 'man's man' you know? Sports and manliness and stuff like that!"

"Sounds like me a bit~" Rafel grinned. "Though I really only
do kickboxing.....but I do things considered 'girly' to others~"
He chuckled softly.

"Ahh afraid those are a bit of a secret~" He winked. "You might discover some of them one day"

Noah tilts his head to the side and looks at him with wide, childish eyes. "You think so? Hm, I wonder what they could be... because I have a few, er, girly habits as well..." he blushes.

"Hm? Really now~?" Rafel smirked once more.

Noah blushes and looks away shyly. "Er, well, my mom says I look really cute in dresses so I wear those sometimes..."

Rafel blink a few times and chucked softly. " Ah I see- I tried dresses once...didn't really work out-"
He rubbed the back of his neck. "Though I think I would have to agree with your mom~"

Noah was walking down the hall, eyes glued to the map on his hand when he stumbled over someone who had bent over in front of their locker. He tumbled over the person, knocking both of them to the ground.
"I'm so sorry!" He gasped, quickly crawling off of the other person. "I didn't see you there!" His hands hover over the boy, unsure of what to do and afraid he would be angry.

yes, organization was key in owning a locker. and you know the result of a well organized locker? a well organized day. and what came of that? a good day.
so there Cameron went, happily bending down to tuck away some extra, unused folders at the bottom of his locker when suddenly an unknown force toppled him right over. there went his folders. they flopped right to the ground as the auburn-haired kid went down. it wasn't long before the weight was lifted, and Cameron was left just sitting there, dumbfounded, trying to process what just happened in those few moments.
"You better pick those up, dude." he growled threateningly as he heaved himself up. but his straight face broke into a wide, toothy grin. "I'm just kiddin', man." he laughed, recovering his folders from off the ground and tossing them in their rightful place. Cameron glanced at the map in the boy's hand. "You lost or somethin'?"

Noah's face went pale as he heard the growl in the other boy's voice and his head spun when the frown was almost immediately replaced with a wide grin.
"Oh, ah, um, yes?" He breathed out quickly looking down at the map and his hands and snapping his head up to look at Cameron. "I'm completely lost... and, again, I'm very sorry for tripping over you!" His lip trembled as he spoke. His nerves were frayed by the complete 180 in the boy's mood.

he chuckled with amusement, putting arm around the stranger's shoulders. "It's fine dude, it's fine!" he assured him with a smile. then he flicked at the map he was holding. "If you need a guide, I'm your guy. For a price, though." he winked. "This time the only price you will have to pay is for you to give me your name. But you might not be so lucky next time." he smirked, then his eyes brightened up. "My name's Cameron, by the way."

Noah jumped in surprise when the other boy, Cameron apparently, slung his arm over his shoulder. "Ah, I- I'm Noah." He said softly, giving Camera a small smile. "It's nice to meet you Cameron... I won't have to pay money next time, will I?" He asked worriedly, "I don't have any money..."

he laughed softly at Noah. this kid was a lot more innocent than he looked. well..maybe that was an exaggeration. Noah, taking to account his skinny form, didn't look like he would be too edgy. but still, in the end it was cute. "Nah, more along the lines of a peck on the cheek or something. That will pay off any debts." he snickered, gently ruffling the boy's hair playfully. "But you don't have to worry about that now. So where you need to go, Noah?"

Noah blinked rapidly at Cameron in surprise. When he finally processed the other's words, his face flushed a light shade of pink. "O-oh, that's what you meant." He quickly looked away to hide the blush on his cheeks. As a distraction he looked back down at the schedule in his hands and nervously read over it before he shyly glanced back up at Camera through his bangs.
"Do you know where Mr. Garrison's room is...?" He asked tentatively.

Cameron closed his locker before his attention was locked on Noah again. "You are in luck. Looks like you are headed the same way I am." he grinned, starting to take the lead. "Come on, it's this way." he paused in his tracks to let Noah walk beside him before continuing his jolly blabber. "So, what's a cutie like you doing at a run down town like this one anyway?"

Noah was so caught up in the high spirits of the auburn-haired boy that he was simply swept along at Cameron's pace. He trailed after him like a lost puppy until he was finally in step with him.
"Oh, er," he covered his mouth with his sleeve to hide his shy smile at the compliment, "I just moved here with my mom and my twin... to be honest, I like this place a lot better than I like Utah..." he gave Cameron a meaningful smile.

"Twin?" he repeated intrigued, more to himself than anything. then he glanced at Noah with a wide smile. "You are gonna like this place even more with me around! We could be great partners in crime together, you and I." although seemingly bursting with confidence, random intervals of scratching the back of his neck or biting the inside of his cheeks were vague signs that he was masking a nervous interior and was doing his best to be impressive. he was naturally outgoing, but it took a lot more effort with people he didn't know. and of course, the consequence was his nervous gestures. and he was especially nervous with this cute stranger.
what made matters worse is the fact that Cameron was much too oblivious to catch any enjoyment from Noah in reaction to his flirts or energy, so it made him a little self-concious on whether he was being over-bearing or not. nevertheless, he carried on blabbering. "If you like video games, you should totally hang at my place tonight--" he paused, almost missing Mr. Garrison's room. "--oh..! Here we are." he announced, smiling with embarrassment. "After you."

"Yea, I have a twin brother named Rider. He's younger by 4 minutes but he's a lot taller than me." He pouts but smiles at Cameron's next comment. "I'd like that... to be partners-" his eyes widen at his own awkward phrasing. "Er, in crime! Is what I meant, yea..." he trails off, turning beat red as he follows after Cameron. He's so caught up in his own embarrassment that he fails to notice the subtle signs of Cameron's own insecurity. Unlike the auburn-haired boy, he was much more obvious; an open-book his brother would say.
When he hears Cameron mention that they should hang out together that night he flushes with pleasure, however he quickly tugs the hair framing his face to hide the blush.
"I-I'd love to..." he murmurs, and almost collides with Cameron as the other boy comes to a sudden stop in front of Mr. Garrison's room. He swallows an apology and quickly enters the room at Cameron's beckoning.

Cameron followed right behind him, playfully bumping his shoulder as he grinned, "You are so awkward it's cute." then went off to sit down in his seat.
the school day drew out at an annoyingly low pace. he couldn't really tell whether it was because it was friday or his plans after school with Noah, but that really didn't matter when he heard that blessed ringing that filled the room like dancers. the bell had finally rung, and Cameron was out of his seat in unimaginable speed. he swerved right to Noah's desk, hovering over him with a devious yet excited smirk. "You ready for the best night of your life?"

For the rest of the day, Noah's nerves were alight with eager anticipation. Every ten minutes he would systematically check the clock and internally groan at just how little time had passed since his last look. He didn't know if he was so giddy due to excitement or nervousness, but that didn't matter, because the ringing of the final bell shook him abruptly from his thoughts. Before he could even process what was happening, Cameron was standing over his desk and smiling at him... at least, it looked like a smile. A smile with hidden intent behind it. Noah smiled and nodded his head as he stood up, slinging his messenger bag over his shoulder as he did so.
"Y-yea..." he breathed out quickly, giving Cameron a shy smile. He slipped his phone out of his back pocket. "I've just gotta tell my brother that I won't be home right away..." he began to text.

he was way too impatient to get home and start the evening to wait on his friend while he texted his brother. he slipped behind him and dived underneath him, and in one fluid motion Noah was sitting on his shoulders, carefully supporting him so Noah would have free hands to text. "Dude, I don't think you understand the gravity of your situation. We gotta be headin' out now." he smiled up at him, briskly walking out of the classroom and heading toward his locker. "Where is your locker, by the way?" he piped up, heading down the hallway.
